Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Duration: 3 Months
Location: Hialeah, FL 33018
Shift: Training on Day Shift (Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM).
After training, Sunday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Mon - Thur 4:00 PM-12:00 AM (night shift)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Order picking, scanning, put-away, and inbound receiving
  • Operate reach truck and pallet jack equipment
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Support warehouse operations and assigned tasks
  • Follow warehouse safety procedures and regulations
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members
  • Manage multiple warehouse priorities efficiently
Required Skills:
  • Warehouse and order picking experience preferred
  • Reach truck operation experience/certification preferred
  • RF scanner and inventory handling experience
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Additional Information:
  • Background check and drug test required
  • 50% order selecting/put-away/scanning
  • 40% housekeeping duties
  • 10% additional warehouse support tasks
