Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our team at our Taylor, Texas facility. We are partnered with a Samsung service company and are looking for a dependable, safety-conscious individual with experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, storing, and organizing materials efficiently while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload palletized inventory to and from high-tier warehouse racks.
• Order Processing: Pick, stage, and verify customer orders accurately using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Inventory Control: Scan barcodes or RF tags to log stock movements and maintain clean storage zones.
• Equipment Safety: Conduct pre-shift and post-shift inspections on reach trucks, check hydraulics and brakes, and report defects.
• Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards and facility safety rules while working in narrow aisles or cold-storage areas.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certifications: Valid powered industrial truck (PIT) or reach truck certification a plus
• Experience: Verifiable experience operating stand-up reach trucks in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse center.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with RF scanners, barcode readers, and basic WMS or inventory software.
• Physical Demands: Ability to work at elevated rack heights, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand or sit for long shifts.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred
