If you are an experienced Reach Truck or Forklift operator who values safety, precision, and efficiency, we want to hear from you. This is a high-volume role with a

50/50 split between operating heavy machinery and manual order selection. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Reach Truck Operation: Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts through narrow aisle racking systems.
• Order Selection: Use RF scan guns to accurately pick orders from warehouse inventory.
• Logistics & Staging: Load/unload trailers and ensure all inbound freight is correctly stored, marked, and staged for shipment.
• Warehouse Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and inspect trailers for debris to ensure safe workflow.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of consistent, recent Reach Truck/Forklift driving experience.
• Racking Knowledge: Proven ability to navigate warehouse racking systems safely.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for 12 hours a day and lift/move up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Reliability: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Must be able to read, write, and speak English clearly to coordinate with dispatch and sales teams.
