RCM Training Specialist

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time RCM Training & Process Optimization Specialist will develop, standardize, and deliver training and documentation for Revenue Cycle Management processes while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver structured training for RCM team members across various functions including Billing and Accounts Receivable Own the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across RCM departments Evaluate existing RCM workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements Required Qualifications Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management operations and healthcare billing workflows Experience in RCM functions such as Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Payment Posting Ability to quickly learn new systems and operational processes Experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and training materials Strong analytical skills to identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend improvements
