Supporting RCM Account Managers, the full-time RCM Team Lead will oversee a multi-disciplinary offshore team, manage complex denials follow-up, and resolve unpaid claims in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Oversee and provide coaching to offshore team members while supporting client inquiries Complete complex denials follow-up and manage accounts receivable functions Present reports on offshore KPIs and A/R health status to Account Managers Required qualifications Experience in medical billing, accounts receivable, or a similar position preferred Offshore management and collaboration experience required Understanding of referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance billing Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams) Analytical mindset with a problem-solving aptitude
