To support the onboarding of new clients onto the RCM platform, the full-time Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist will lead end-to-end implementations, configure client accounts, and conduct training sessions, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Lead client onboarding for RCM platform deployments from kickoff through go-live and early stabilization Develop and maintain implementation project plans, timelines, and milestone trackers Conduct training sessions for clinical and administrative staff on RCM platform features and billing workflows Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in healthcare revenue cycle, medical billing, or practice management 3+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation, onboarding, or training role Working knowledge of RCM fundamentals, including CPT/ICD-10 coding basics and claim lifecycle Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tracking tools
