RCM Implementation Manager

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time RCM Implementation Manager will manage the onboarding and implementation of new RCM clients, ensuring successful project execution and stabilization while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee the implementation process from kickoff to go-live, coordinating client workflows and operational requirements Identify and mitigate implementation risks, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and client action items Establish and monitor implementation KPIs, analyzing early performance metrics post-go-live to drive improvements Required qualifications 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), specifically in physician/professional billing Proven experience in implementing and onboarding new RCM clients with a strong understanding of the full physician revenue cycle NextGen experience is required; NextGen Enterprise experience is preferred Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent RCM experience or certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree
