Position: RCM Business Analyst
Location: Durham, NC (Onsite/ Hybrid)
Type: C2H (independent Consultants only)
We are seeking an experienced RCM Business Analyst to support healthcare Revenue Cycle Management transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong healthcare RCM knowledge, business requirements analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Healthcare Business Analysis or RCM.
- Strong knowledge of claims, eligibility, authorizations, denials, payment posting, collections, and AR.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, user stories, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, healthcare EDI transactions, Jira, or Visio is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
