As a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in making this vision a reality.
About The Role
We're seeking a talented and motivated RBT to join our team. As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), implementing individualized treatment plans and collecting data to track progress. You will also support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA and communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
- Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
- Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
- Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
- Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
- Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress
Qualifications
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
- Have experience working with children
- Possess reliable transportation
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification (HOURLY)
