Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) | ABA Therapist, Durham, NC

Pay Rate: 29.00 – $35.00 per hour

Yes ABA Therapy is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Durham, NC to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy services under BCBA supervision

• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

• Conduct data collection and progress tracking during sessions

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and skill acquisition programs

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards

• Support positive behavior change and skill development

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Experience in ABA therapy, behavioral health, or special education a plus

• Knowledge of behavior management and intervention techniques

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
