Budding Futures, a Denver-based ABA provider, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering life-changing, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in Aurora, CO.

About The Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress
• Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting
• Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals
• Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress

Qualifications

• Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided)
• Have experience working with children
• Possess reliable transportation
