RBT: Paid Training, Tuition Scholarship & Growth

ABA Centers of Puerto Rico in Vega Baja, PR, is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join a growing ABA therapy team. The starting rates are $15/hour for BTs and $17/hour for RBTs, with final compensation based on experience, training and credentials.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and a clear path for career advancement through the ABA Academy of Excellence, with support to attain RBT certification as required by BACB.
