Blue Gems ABA Therapy in Boone, NC is seeking a motivated RBT to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients. You will implement behavior plans, collect real-time data, and work closely with supervising BCBA and families to ensure skill generalization.
Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, have a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and a passion for helping children with autism and developmental delays.
