Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide compassionate, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized intervention plans and collect progress data using clinical software while collaborating closely with BCBA supervisors and families to ensure consistency and progress.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality therapy, applying behavior plans, and maintaining a positive environment.
