Heartland ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home ABA services team in Shelby, IA. You will provide individualized ABA sessions, help clients achieve independence, and work closely with our clinical staff to implement skill-building plans and data collection.
Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, and calm under pressure, with a desire to support children with Autism.
