RBT ABA Therapist — Flexible Schedule & Growth

Aluma Care is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in Russell, Kansas. The role involves in-home, in-school, or in-clinic sessions, following treatment plans created by a BCBA, and documenting client progress.

Candidates should have an RBT certification and a high school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred. A background check will be required, and reliable local transportation is expected.
