Overview


The Raw Materials Warehouse Associate position at Cook Winston-Salesm is to transport and/or distribute raw materials to various departments and/or personnel and to maintain inventory levels.


Responsibilities



  • Transport and/or distribute raw materials to various departments and/or personnel, which includes but is not limited to:

  • Complete and accurate and documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory

  • Maintain inventory levels adjusting and faxing orders as needed

  • Perform random cycle counts

  • Rotate stock

  • Receive and stock raw materials on shelves

  • House and refrigerate chemical and material as required

  • Perform various computer functions

  • Assist in all areas of Raw Materials, as needed

  • Perform daily and weekly clean up duties per controlled manufacturing policy


Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Ability to read/write/understand various raw materials documentation


Physical Requirements



  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations

  • Majority of day is spent frequently lifting, climbing, bending, stretching and stooping to pull and shelve stock

  • Some work is performed in a controlled environment, requiring compliance with Controlled Manufacturing Entrance policy

  • Ability to frequently move or lift materials weighing between 5-50 lbs
