Providing analytical support in a fully remote capacity, the Ratemaking Support Analyst will create and maintain rating tools, respond to customer inquiries, and perform data validation while contributing to project planning and process improvements. Key Responsibilities Creates, updates, and maintains aspects of rating plans and tools Partners with customers to gather requirements and complete processes of varying complexity Independently performs testing, documentation, and ad-hoc data requests while ensuring quality and accuracy Required Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Experience in data validation and documentation Understanding of regulatory environments related to ratemaking Ability to propose process improvements for efficiency gains
