Key responsibilities include integrating NLP and NLG, managing deployments through CI/CD tools, and working on complex technical issues related to chatbot performance and scalability.Roles & Responsibilities:Develop RASA chatbots and voice assistants across various platformsWork on chatbot framework/architecture using open-source toolsImplement NLP/NLG for chatbotsIntegrate chatbots with management dashboards and CRMsTroubleshoot and resolve technical design issuesDesign scalable AI and client solutionsEnsure chatbot optimization for speed and scalabilityProvide innovative solutions for improved user experienceMultilingual chatbot experience (preferred)Human escalation integrationQualifications & Skills:B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech or related technical disciplineMinimum 6-7 years of experience in RASA chatbot developmentRASA enterprise experience (mandatory)Hands-on experience with live agent integrationConversational AI, client, and deep learning experienceProficient in Python, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Linux shell commandsExperience integrating with platforms like Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, and enterprise systems such as Salesforce or ZendeskStrong foundation in AI tools (TensorFlow, Spacy, NLU) and RESTful APIsMust-Have Skills:RASA enterprise chatbot development experienceStrong Python programming skillsFamiliarity with chatbot frameworks and AI toolsUnderstanding of HTTPS and enterprise security
