Maine Radon & Environmental is actively building an amazing team of very talented people to help us accomplish our mission of being the consumer choice in radon and water treatment services.Positions Primary Objective: Install water filtration systems into existing homes following a proven strategy that you will learn in training. Ensure complete customer satisfaction upon completion of work.Preferred requirements: Licensed plumber, Previous water treatment experience.Benefits: 401K, Employee discount, Paid time off, Company vehicle.Pay scale: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour.

Based on experience.Tasks and Responsibilities: This position requires a diverse skill set, however, to fill the primary needs of this position the incumbent must:Make Customers Happy: Keeps customer's home clean and proactively takes measures to leave it in better condition than found.Get Work Done: Safely and efficiently performs installation duties.Collects payment from the customer when the job is completed.Completes installation at/or below the defined labor percentage.Proactively reviews job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for the job and loads truck.Safety: Ensures that all aspects of work are being performed safely and calls out safety concerns as soon as they are identified.Ideal Candidates Characteristics:A true craftsman with high standardsEnjoy working autonomously in the fieldLike helping people improve their living environmentsProven track recordWork great with othersVery organized and efficientSelf-starterThirst for learningOptimistic and positive attitude a must!!
