Job Description
The X-Ray Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, ensuring the highest quality of care and diagnostic images are obtained. The role requires a solid understanding of radiographic techniques and patient safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-Ray examinations on patients as per standard protocols.
- Ensure safety and comfort of patients during the imaging process.
- Maintain and operate radiology equipment effectively.
- Document and maintain patient records accurately in the Epic charting system.
- Follow isolation precautions and other safety guidelines.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiologic technology.
- Certification in BLS and ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
