- Volume: 120 cases/day wRVUs per shift
- RVU Threshold: 13,000 (reviewed quarterly)
- Case Mix:
- 50% X-ray
- 25% CT (priority on CT Perfusion )
- 15% Ultrasound
- 10% MRI
- Setting: ER + Outpatient
Technology:
- PACS/Dictation: InteleRad, Clario, NovaRad
- EMR: Cerner
- AI tools integrated
- Provider must supply own diagnostic workstation (monitor + computer)
