What You'll Do
As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll play a key role in helping providers diagnose injuries and conditions by producing high-quality diagnostic images while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare and position patients for radiographic procedures while ensuring comfort, safety, and privacy
- Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations and obtain high-quality digital images
- Operate radiographic and C-arm equipment safely and effectively
- Review images for technical quality, anatomical accuracy, and proper patient identification
- Follow radiation safety protocols and industry best practices to minimize exposure
- Maintain examination rooms and imaging equipment to ensure compliance and operational readiness
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and fellow team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Assist with additional clinical and departmental responsibilities as needed

Qualifications
- Current Virginia Radiologic Technologist License
- ARRT Certification
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- At least 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferred
Compensation Range for this position:
$28.08 - $42.12
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
