Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $88,171.00 – $105,000.00 / year (Based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000.00 signing bonus
- Relocation Support: Full relocation package available (Up to $5,000.00)
Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Radiologic Technologist II to join our dedicated Diagnostic Radiology team. Operating under the general supervision of Technical Group Leadership and the Chief Technologist of Operations, you will provide critical skill and initiative to advance our department's patient-centered mission. In this role, you will rotate across our dynamic city campuses to perform routine and advanced imaging procedures while helping to implement internal policies, procedures, and quality guidelines established by leadership. Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic radiology procedures utilizing specialized radiologic equipment.
- Rotate and work effectively across designated city hospital campuses.
- Provide clear instructions to students and technical supervision to staff technologists as needed.
- Interact compassionately with patients, actively addressing any anxiety or apprehension regarding their imaging procedures.
- Implement and uphold departmental policies and procedures defined by the Radiology Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Radiology Administration Director.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of professional work experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Education: Knowledge of diagnostic radiology practices and equipment maintenance, typically acquired through a 2-year post-high school training program at an approved school of radiologic technology.
- Credentials: Active ARRT and RTR certifications are strictly required.
- Licensure: Valid State Radiologic Technologist License.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to take initiative.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-To-Haves)
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced hospital environment is highly preferred.
