Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Radiology Technologist to join our team in Aventura, FL. As a full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, MRI, CT, and other radiology equipment- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures- Follow established protocols and safety measures to ensure accurate and high-quality images- Monitor and record patient's vital signs during procedures- Communicate with patients to ensure their comfort and address any concerns or questions- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to analyze and interpret images- Follow proper radiation safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques in the field of radiology- Assist with the maintenance and calibration of radiology equipmentRequirements:- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field- Valid ARRT certification and state licensure- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist- Strong knowledge of radiology procedures and equipment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
