Job Description
Title: Radiologic Technologist - Medical Imaging
Schedule: Night Shift: 8:30 PM - 4:00 AM
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40.00
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology: Required
- Radiologic Tech (RT) license in the state of practice: Required
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification: Required
- Current certification in one advanced modality (e.g., CT, MRI, Mammography, etc.): Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in the field: Required
- IV Certification or willing to obtain: Required
- EPIC experience: Preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform various radiographic, mammographic, computed tomography, and/or ultrasound examinations in line with experience.
- Transport and transfer patients safely between gurneys and wheelchairs.
- Prepare contrast agents for medical imaging procedures.
- Conduct mobile imaging examinations as necessary.
- Maintain the integrity of the crash cart and perform equipment checks regularly.
- Collaborate with the medical imaging team to achieve departmental goals.
