MRI Technologist - Radiology
Schedule
Shift: 3x12, 06:30-19:00, Thursday-Saturday
Assignment Details
Contract Length: 13-20 weeks accepted
Requirements
- ARRT-MR certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience required
- Recent hospital imaging experience required
- Preferred experience with neonates, infants, pediatrics; required experience with adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Preferred skills in chest imaging and image post-processing
- EMR: EPIC experience preferred
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures and obtain high-quality images
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
- Prepare and position patients for MRI scans
- Utilize appropriate imaging techniques and sequences as needed
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to discuss images and results
Compliance / Notes
- Orientation is mandatory and must be completed in the first week
- Call-offs or additional requests for time off may lead to cancellation
- Employees must meet certain holiday coverage requirements
- Vaccinations: Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only)
