Mammography Technologist – Radiology
Requirements:
- ARRT certification in Mammography
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- BLS certification
- Valid state license (compact license required)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with screening and diagnostic mammography
- Skills in 3-D mammography, stereotactic biopsies, needle localization, and fine needle aspiration
- Experience with PACS/Synapse
Compliance / Notes:
- Must commit to working 3 of the following 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day
- One request for time off allowed
- Background checks required; certain history may not be accepted
- Orientation consists of 40 hours
- Traveler may be expected to float to nearby facilities; refusal may result in termination of hours
