CT Technologist
Schedule
9-hour shifts, 36 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Backup call required every 9th weekend and potential holidays.
Assignment Details
Contract length: 13 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology or Nuclear Medicine.
- Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist in the state required.
- Current advanced ARRT CT registration strongly preferred.
- BLS healthcare provider certification required.
- Two or more years' experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
- Produce diagnostic images using computed tomography while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in education and documentation regarding dose optimization and safe operating procedures.
- Assist in strategic development of CT services and operational efficiency within the unit.
- Maintain patient quality standards across all age groups.
- Interact professionally with patients, vendors, and medical staff.
- Document patient medical information accurately and follow identification protocols.
