Role Overview:
The Associate Cardiovascular Special Procedure Technologist supports diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures by operating specialized imaging equipment, capturing real-time images, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in patient positioning,
- monitor equipment performance and safety,
- perform routine maintenance, and
- coordinate technology needs to ensure efficient patient care.
- Adhere to safety and sterile protocols in the cardiac catheterization lab.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program or RCIS training certification, with ARRT (R) or RCIS and BLS certification.
- Proficiency in radiographic imaging, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various physical movements such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.

This is an entry-level position focused on gaining hands-on experience in cardiovascular imaging and patient care within a collaborative hospital setting.
