Compensation Pay Range: $130,000-$150,000 Per Year
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and operational aspects of the imaging environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, radiology managers, and other teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage incident and problem resolution, system changes, and project execution.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills in project planning and problem management.
- Ensure clinical continuity and vendor management for ongoing and upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience with imaging systems and related technologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations and monitor progress.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to promote team independence while maintaining accountability.
- Experience in managing large-scale system migrations and integrations.
