To support a growing radiology team, the full-time Radiology Support Specialist will provide exceptional client service to hospitals and radiologists, ensuring workflow maximization through remote work, with shifts from 3:30 AM to 12:00 PM EST, Monday to Friday, including rotating weekends and holidays. Key responsibilities Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client inquiries and issues Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams while managing the RSS exceptions work list Establish effective working rapport with clinical teams and generate process improvement ideas Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Associate or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role preferred Radiology Certification is a plus
