Key responsibilities Deliver client satisfaction through effective resolution of client calls and requests Efficiently draft X-Rays and verify cross-sectional exams while managing workflow exceptions Establish effective working rapport with clinical teams and generate process improvement ideas Required qualifications High school diploma or GED Preferred associate or bachelor degree in business or healthcare administration 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role Radiology Certification is a plus
