Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Radiology Reporting Coordinator will manage radiologist worklists, collaborate with clinical operation teams to support radiologist dictations and reporting, and assist in implementing workflows to enhance efficiency. Key responsibilities Collaborate with clinical operation teams to support all clinical applications related to radiologist dictations and reporting Manage radiologist worklists and escalate concerns as needed Participate in projects and meetings, providing coverage for all positions within case management and reporting as required Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a clinical or science-related area or equivalent work experience preferred Two years of healthcare communications and/or customer service experience preferred Multi-vendor IS experience with RIS/PACS Strong customer service, multitasking, and analytical abilities Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
