Radiology Referral Supervisor

To support a growing radiology team, the full-time salaried Radiology Referral Supervisor will manage a group of Referral Coordinator Coordinators, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality service while working primarily onsite with some remote flexibility. Key responsibilities: Manage daily activities and performance of Referral Coordinator staff to meet departmental standards Provide performance coaching, conduct annual reviews, and implement process improvements Resolve complex patient and employee issues, ensuring superior customer service and adherence to policies Required qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education, experience, or training 3+ years of experience in a clinical and/or customer service setting 2+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role in similar environments
