- Start/end: ASAP, intermittent days. Open dates: 8/17 ( + night call), 8/18-21, 8/31, 9/1-3 (), 9/7 (24hr call), 9/16-18, 9/21 ()
- Schedule: Mon-Fri onsite; Mon-Fri night call; Sat-Sun 24-hour call; beeper/phone call, 0-2 callback hours
- Coverage type: Outpatient and inpatient hospital-based (70% outpatient, 30% inpatient)
- Volume: 12 patients/day
- Setting: Hospital-based; adult; not a trauma center
