Radiology Physician

Job Summary: RightReadMD is seeking a 100% remote Radiologist to join our practice supporting Pikeville Medical Center in eastern Kentucky. Pikeville Medical Center is a community hospital and a level 2 trauma designation. The Radiologist will be responsible for reading diagnostic studies and possess a broad skill set of general radiology.
Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a General Radiologist with the ability to use subspecialty expertise.
• Work with a small nucleus of other high-performing Radiologists
• Outpatient studies usually have a turnaround time of one day. We are hiring someone who will hold those high standards.
• Develop relationships with ordering providers and answer their questions.
• Sign quality reports

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution
• ABR Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
• Active or eligible for a Kentucky medical license
• Ability to manage a workload of wRVUs daily
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach
• Start Date: November 30th, 2026
• Supportive, collegial environment with access to advanced imaging technology

Additional Details:

• $750,000 annual pay
• Monday - Friday with 1 weekend per month.
• General Radiology skillset needs to be broad.
• 12 weeks off, with the option to take less time off and increase compensation
• Flexible vacation/compensation structure based on personal preference

Additional notes: - $750,000 annual pay

- If you would like to take 8 or 10 weeks vacation instead of 12, compensation will increase accordingly.
