Fluoroscopy: Esophagram, Upper GI, Swallow Studies
Light IR: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Basic Image-Guided Procedures
Workload Overview
- Balanced emergency, inpatient, and outpatient imaging volumes
- Strong CT utilization supporting emergency department operations
- Routine stroke pathway imaging including CTA studies
- Consistent body imaging and abdominal CT workload
- Broad ultrasound support including vascular and women's imaging
- Established MRI presence with neuro and musculoskeletal studies
- Mammography services supporting community screening programs
- Limited procedural expectations compared to larger tertiary facilities
Ideal Candidate
- General diagnostic radiologist
- Comfortable with emergency and inpatient imaging workflows
- Efficient CT and radiography interpreter
- Experience with ultrasound and MRI interpretation
- Familiarity with stroke imaging pathways
- Comfortable performing basic image-guided procedures when required
