Practice Overview

• You'll join a fellowship-trained radiology team working a lean, efficient model across multiple sites and modalities
• Broad case mix across all major modalities with "seat-based" assignments that match your strengths and efficiency
• Support includes 3 APPs and a built-in referral base through long-standing community partnerships
• Primarily reading-based work with occasional small needle procedures (as desired/appropriate)

Schedule

• Equitable scheduling managed in four-month blocks to balance shifts and time off across the team
• Daytime-only weekend coverage;
  no overnight diagnosticcall (handled by dedicated night coverage)
• Call generally runs about 1:8-1:10 with approximately 5-7 weekends per year
• Option for compact, fewer-days-worked models (employed physicians can work as few as 120 days annually)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary guarantee starting at $620,000 (Year 1) plus quarterly quality incentives averaging $30,000+ per quarter
• Sign-on bonus totaling $100,000 and relocation allowance of $10,000
• Optional extra shifts: $500/hour moonlighting premium;
  extra weekend shifts paid $4,500 per shift
• 11+ weeks blocked vacation, malpractice covered, family health premiums paid, 401k safe harbor ($10,800) plus profit sharing, $7,000 HSA contribution, and home workstation + internet provided

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO with BE/BC in Diagnostic Radiology
• Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
• Comfort reading across multiple modalities in a generalist-plus model (you'll still lean into your strongest areas)
• No visa sponsorship available
