- Required: CT (general and neuro), CT angiography, general radiology (plain films, general fluoroscopy), MRI (general/MSK, neuro, MRA), ultrasound (general, abdominal/pelvis, thyroid), paracentesis
- Not required: mammography, interventional/vascular, nuclear medicine, PET Requirements
- Board certified or board eligible
- Any state license accepted - Wisconsin license obtained during credentialing Compensation
