Radiology Operations Director

Leading the full specialty operations team, the remote Senior Director, Operations Radiology will manage day-to-day operational performance across all radiology sites, drive accountability to key metrics, and develop strategic objectives and policies to enhance specialty operations. Key responsibilities Oversee operational performance metrics, including wRVUs and turnaround times, across all radiology sites Develop and implement site-level operational playbooks and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations Manage radiologist productivity targets and oversee critical findings communication compliance Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Public Health, or related field with 10 years of progressive operations management experience 5+ years of radiology specialty-specific healthcare experience required Master's degree in a relevant field preferred Experience in healthcare, physician specialty management, and multi-location operations preferred Strong knowledge of healthcare management and performance measures affecting specialty operations
