Job Description
The MRI Technician will be responsible for performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The technician will work as part of a team, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI scans and provide high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients throughout the scanning process.
- Maintain equipment and assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new staff.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation.
- At least 1 year of experience in MRI technology.
- Current BLS certification.
- ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required.
