Responsibilities
- Manage technologists and ensure patient flow is consistent with staffing and department parameters
- Evaluate and recommend procurement of special supplies, capital equipment, program changes or expansion as appropriate
- Develop the preliminary annual budget for areas of responsibility
- Work closely with the Bio‑Med team in determining equipment malfunction to ensure prompt corrective action to continue patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and graduate of an AMA‑approved school of one of the radiologic technologies
- 3 years’ experience as a staff technologist
- 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience managing multiple technologies
- Must hold valid state licensure if applicable
- Registered or certified in one of the radiologic technologies
