Interventional Radiology Technician

Perform interventional radiology procedures. Operate imaging equipment effectively. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Maintain accurate patient records. Call requirement includes one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, along with one weekend every six weeks. Experience with accessing/managing ports, angioplasty, catheter/drain exchange, and central venous access is essential. Skills in chest tube placement, dialysis graft interventions, paracentesis, and stent placement are required. An understanding of GI procedures such as ERCP and gastrostomy tube placement is beneficial. Support and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of physicians and advance practice providers. Mandatory qualifications include the ability to work in a dynamic environment and provide exceptional patient care. Candidates must be prepared for a strict compliance process, including urgent fingerprinting, once selected.
