What You ll Do
  • Perform interventional procedures including angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsies, thrombolysis, and uterine fibroid embolization (UFE)
  • Support trauma Level I facility with a team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs
  • Manage an average of 8 cases per day, predominantly adult patients
  • Collaborate with the IR support staff and hospital team
  • Provide coverage on a Q3 call schedule, including weekdays and weekends
  • Maintain documentation within the facility s electronic health record system
  • Contribute to patient care for Orthopedic, Gynecological, and Urological cases as needed
What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license in Michigan or interim/locum license approval
  • Board certification in Radiology with subspecialty in interventional procedures
  • Experience in performing angioplasty, embolization, biopsies, and related IR procedures

Preferred:
  • Prior experience in a hospital setting, handling adult and geriatric patients
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
