• Coverage dates for the remainder of 2026:

  • October 5-9

  • October 12-16

  • October 19-23

  • November 9-13

  • November 23-27

  • December 7-11

  • December 21-25

  • December 28-January 1

• Reason for need: New position

• 20+ shifts per month available

• Consecutive shifts preferred

• Monday-Friday schedule

• No weekends

• Client is open to multiple locum providers to help meet coverage needs

• Must have an active Illinois medical license

• IMLC not accepted

• Clean background required

• ACLS certification required

• EMR: Epic

The Interventional Radiologist will perform a wide range of image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures supporting both inpatient and outpatient services.

Common procedures may include:

• CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies, including:

  • Lung

  • Thyroid

  • Renal

  • Liver

  • Bone

  • Lymph node

  • Bone marrow

• Drain placements and management

• Abscess drains

• Chest tubes

• Drain exchanges

• Biliary procedures

• GI and GU procedures

• Vascular procedures and access

• Hemodialysis access procedures

• Oncology-related interventional procedures

Providers will work closely with referring physicians, hospital teams, and procedural staff to deliver comprehensive interventional radiology services.
