Job Description
Join a Nuclear Medicine department as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week assignment with a variable shift schedule. Under the supervision of a Radiologist, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist performs diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures on both ambulatory and hospitalized patients. This role requires expertise in radiopharmaceutical administration, imaging procedures, patient safety, and adherence to established clinical protocols while delivering exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
NMTCB (CNMT) Certification required
MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist) License required
ARRT (N) Certification preferred
Experience performing Nuclear Medicine procedures required
Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation and administration required
Strong understanding of radiation safety and regulatory standards required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams required
Excellent patient care and communication skills required
