Cancellation Policy: Prior to start, agency must provide 10 days notice or owe 1 week at the regular rate. After start, if agency cancels the assignment, the agency shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a replacement candidate within a reasonable time frame. If replacement candidate takes longer than 2 weeks to start, agency will owe 2 weeks at the regular rate plus any additional expenses incurred by the facility due to the cancellation.
