CT Technologist

Job Title: CT Technologist

Profession: Radiology Specialty: CT Scan

Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: F/S/S - Weekend Hours per Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience within specialty.

License: ARRT - CT Certifications: BLS

Must-Have: Proficiency in trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams for all types of patients.

Description: Operates computerized tomography equipment to produce images of designated portions of the human body. Handles patients across all age groups, including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Ensures compliance with safety and quality standards. Must work 2 major Holidays of the 3: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and 1 Minor Holiday: The Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve. Demonstrates proficiency in trauma and emergency cases as well as routine imaging services. Works effectively in a fast-paced Level 2 trauma environment. Provides compassionate care to patients during imaging procedures. Ensures all imaging is performed in accordance with established protocols and best practices.
