Job Description
CT and X-Ray Technologist
Schedule
This is a 13-week contract position with a Day shift schedule: 3x12-Hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, Friday through Sunday.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated CT and X-Ray Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be experienced in performing both CT and X-Ray exams and is capable of starting IVs, as they will be required to perform approximately 8-9 IV starts daily.
Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-Ray exams on patients of all ages including adults, pediatrics, and infants.
• Administer and manage contrast media for imaging procedures.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of imaging results.
• Document patient information and imaging results using the EPIC charting system.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment such as Siemens and Samsung X-Ray systems.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CT and X-Ray Technologist.
• Must possess valid ARRT certifications in CT and Radiography (ARRT - CT, ARRT - R).
• BLS certification required.
• Experience with PACS, portables, and Siemens imaging equipment is essential.
• Knowledge of ED CT and X-Ray exams, including cardiac CT and pediatric imaging is preferred.
